These connection bars are manufactured from 0.10 mm or 0.30 mm (optional) Annealed or Tinned Cu-ETP wires by pressing Cu-ETP pipes (Annealed or Tinned) to the ends of highly flexible cables with round twisted or round braided as contact area.

The standard insulation material is PVC pipe, and optionally they can be manufactured from other materials such as silicone, glass fiber or heat shrink tubing.
Product length, hole size and distance can be manufactured according to your requests.

Connection surfaces can be bare or Tin, Silver and Nickel plated according to your needs.

Hole diameter varies according to demand.
